Dick Schweitzer opened Dick’s Vacuums over 35 years ago, and starting offering central vacuums in 1993. In 1999, Mitchell “Mitch” Jurgens, an employee since 1993, bought the store when Dick retired. Whether your home is being newly constructed or existing, and regardless of size, Mitch performs each installation himself to ensure that it is done in the most effective way possible. He even installs in light commercial projects such as veterinary centers and hair salons- Sports Clips is one of his clients. He uses as few fittings as possible, and uses 30 degree elbows where competitors would use 45 or 90 degree ells, which greatly reduces clogs in the system.
